I’m continually inspired

by the resilience and willingness to heal that clients bring to therapy. I believe that everyone has a story that deserves to be heard, and my role is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore yours.

My approach is centered around treating the root cause of presenting issues, not just the symptoms. I tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client, drawing from psychodynamic, person-centered, family systems, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based modalities. I aim to support clients in understanding their internal world, processing difficult emotions, and reclaiming parts of themselves that may have been buried due to trauma or life’s challenges.

I believe that healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship and the personal insights that arise within it. I strive to create a space that is collaborative, nonjudgmental, curious, and grounded. Together, we can explore how your past may be impacting your present, and we work to foster healing through our connection.

My clinical and personal experience includes working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, psychosis, intellectual disabilities, and supporting first responders and mountain athletes. As a outdoor enthusiast, I understand the unique mental health needs of those who live, work, and play in high-intensity, high-risk environments. I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience into the therapeutic relationship, offering a steady and empathetic presence.

If you're ready to begin this journey, I would be honored to hear your story.
