in connection - with ourselves, with our bodies, and with others. Rooted in a blend of humanistic, existential, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) theory, my therapeutic approach focuses on connecting you with your inner strengths and innate ability to heal. I believe in the power of self-exploration and am passionate about helping individuals develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, resilience, and meaningful connections in their lives. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, faith crises, and identity exploration.
My therapeutic style is relational and collaborative, with an emphasis on creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I see the therapeutic relationship as a vehicle for growth - therapy is not just about personal insight but about experiencing new, healing ways of relating in real-time. By exploring emotional dynamics that arise in session, you can break free from relational wounds and develop more authentic, fulfilling relationships outside of therapy. I integrate somatic and mindfulness-based approaches into my work, guiding you back to your body’s wisdom and emphasizing nervous system regulation. My ultimate goal is to foster a space where you can move beyond intellectual understanding and into long-lasting, embodied transformation.
